GSA $2,210,926 Garmatz Federal Courthouse
This 24,283 SF roof replacement project was set in a downtown urban environment that required the installation of roof top scaffold and cable hoist system for the transfer of material and debris. Active courtrooms were below and some weekend work coordination as necessary.
US Coast Guard $69,980 Project consisted of replacing 36 existing taxiway elevated light fixtures and associated isolation transformer and 4,200 LF of existing wires. Work was sequenced to minimize disruption to the station and air traffic.
U.S. Air Force $2,262,420 Roof inspections and maintenance work at Andrews Air Force Base. Work consisted of a wide variety of roof types and buildings including Air Force One hangar. Work was performed in a high-security environment.
US Coast Guard $940,350 Project consisted of replacing the underground potable water lines at Coast Guard Station in Sturgeon Bay, WI. Work included installation of a new well, refurbishing mechanical room, installing a new water treatment system, removal of two underground LP tanks, installing 2 above-ground LP tanks, replacement of interior water lines and installation of a diesel-powered standby generator

VA $1,505,660 CAMP PORTER MEDICAL CLINIC, Great Lakes, IL
This design-build project includes the replacement of the existing fire alarm system, public address system, and the nurse call system throughout the medical clinic. Additionally, the project included the provision of area Radiation Detectors at fixed points throughout the facility. The Medical Clinic was fully operational during the work process. (This project is on-going with completion scheduled for July 2018).
USACE $1,283,643 CALUMET HARBOR & RIVER STORAGE BUILDING, Chicago, IL
The Calumet Harbor & River Storage Design-Build Project involved the construction of a 4000 square foot prefabricated building; installation of various security measures; connection of the plumbing/water, installation of the electric and sanitary utilities; improvements to the gravel access road and construction of a gravel driveway and parking area.

This project was for the Department of Veterans Affairs Cemetery Division regarding construction of an Honor Guard Building at Great Lakes National Cemetery located in Holly, Michigan. The project scope included new construction and septic field installation, foundation, brick building with stone details, standing seam metal roof, paved parking, exterior lands
